Spend some time thinking about what makes you different from your peers. Identify your strengths, passions and your goals. Know who you are and who you are not.

Find how others see you.
Ask your trusted colleagues, co-workers and friends to describe you. Try to find out what you are good at. What are your strengths, which areas do they see you as irreplaceable?
